Tiawna started one heart training which is mental health first aid as well as first aid training. She embarked on this journey after a life altering situation and made it into a beautiful company. She is an amazing woman, and such an inspiring person.

Kate Marie ink Is a tattoo & cosmetic tattoo artist in Regina and she partnered with Tiawna to create these beautiful designs for these sweaters! The colouring is absolutely beautiful!
